Summary of Capabilities

LTM is a small business within the 541330 NAICS code with over 30 years providing Logistics, Engineering, and Acquisition management support to numerous DoD programs. LTM provides engineering and logistics support across all Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs) within Naval Aviation as a single prime contract and as part of Joint Venture (JV). We provide support to multiple Program Office Product Support Managers, In-Service Support Centers (ISSCs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Managers, and FRCs.

LTM’s core capabilities are Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Aviation Engineering/Logistics, Professional Consulting, and Project Management Support services. Our clients include: Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC); DLA Aviation Richmond; HQ NAVAIR; NAVAIR FRCs to include FRC East (Cherry Point NC), FRC Southeast (Jacksonville FL), and FRC Southwest (North Island CA).  LTM provides direct in-service engineering and logistics to all Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) platforms within the major naval aviation FRCs.

LTM has past experience at DLA Land and Maritime Columbus, DLA Troop Support Philadelphia, DLA Red River Army Depot; DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg, as well as BRAC transition experience at Army and Air Force activities, DLA Huntsville, DLA Corpus Christi, DLA Aviation Oklahoma City, Warner Robins and Ogden.
