History

On February 19th, 1993, Mr. David W. Baldwin, a retired Marine Aviator, possessing an MBA, founded/incorporated LTM INC. and began operating in the eastern region of North Carolina in support of the Department of the Navy’s H-46 Helicopter Program. The Corporation expanded northward to the Washington, DC, Patuxent River, MD, and Richmond, VA areas in support of government clientele including other Department of Defense agencies, Transportation Safety Administration, and the General Services Administration. As LTM grew in size and scope across other geographical areas throughout the United States, our organization also changed.

In April 2008, LTM became an employee-owned company and established a Board of Directors.  Our founder, Mr. David W. Baldwin, served as Chair until his passing in February 2020.  Shortly after Mr. Baldwin’s passing, the Board elected Mr. Thomas J. DeBenedetto as Chair.  As company President and ESOP Trustee, Mr. DeBenedetto, also leads LTM’s cadre of specialized logisticians, engineers, degreed professionals, and technical personnel of varying complementary academic and professional skill sets.
