LTM is a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman Corporation on the U.S Army Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded in Feb 2007. FIRST was designed to provide innovative and responsive logistics support to meet the evolving mission needs of the war fighter as required by Headquarters Army Material Command (AMC); Headquarters, Forces Command (HQ FORSCOM); Headquarters IMA (Logistics); Headquarters, U.S. Army Reserve Command (HQ USARC); Headquarters, ARCENT Third US Army and Headquarters, US First Army, and all other Army or DOD Agencies, CONUS/OCONUS authorized to place orders against FIRST contracts. LTM and their teaming partners are highly qualified to support several of the task areas inclusive of the total Program support requirements. These task areas include: (1) Logistics Program Management and Operations; (2) Logistics Information/Technology Support; (3) Logistics Transportation/ Supply Support; (4) Support to Directorates of Logistics/Installation Management Agency; (5) Logistics/ Maintenance - All Other Organizations
