LTM is a subcontractor to Sumaria Systems, Inc. on the Consolidated Acquisition of Professional Services (CAPS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded in Apr 2006.  This Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support contract supplements government organic resources at the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), select Wright-Patterson Air Force Base tenant organizations, and AFMC.  It was designed to fulfill the Air Force's need for technical and management expertise to support the acquisition of Air Force aircraft systems, to include airframe, engines, avionics, components, weapon systems integration, and support equipment.  LTM and their teaming partners are highly skilled in providing services in the key tasks areas of:  Acquisition/Program Management, Configuration Management, Acquisition Logistic Support, Contracting Support Services, Government Furnished Property Specialist Support, Subject Matter Expert Support, Technical Editor Support, and Engineering Support.
